As promised ... just a little bit longer than I had expected ... the children from my cousin's family session!! I love all of these photos and I think each one shows you a little something about each child's personality ... well, except maybe the 2nd one, she's little fireball and she just looks so sweet and innocent there. LOL! Enjoy!!!

The beautiful colors of fall are fast approaching! Fall is our busiest season of the year because many families want their portraits done in the fall colors, holiday card photos and gifts for family. This year we are offering a limited edition Fall Mini Session Day! The Fall Mini Sessions are a condensed custom session designed to offer the more traditional family portraiture but with Tiffany’s unique style thrown in. There are only 8 Fall Mini Sessions available. Call early and book your Fall Mini Session Today! Sessions will be booked until September 24, 2007.

The Fall Mini Sessions will include*:
- a 20-30 minute mini session at Kathryn Albertson Park (up to 5 people, $15 each additional person)
- 25 custom cards
- $150 credit for additional portraits or cards
- private online ordering gallery

Existing clients receive the VIP discounted rate on the Fall Mini Session of $300.

The Fall Mini Sessions will be held on:
Saturday, October 6, 2007**
at Kathryn Albertson Park
from 1:00-5:00PM

*Mini Session Package fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable but may be transferred or applied towards a full custom session if a reschedule is needed. No reshoots will be offered on mini sessions. A minimum of 10 images will be shown and you will choose your holiday card template from our selection of 25 card designs. All orders must be placed online within 3 days of receiving your online ordering gallery. There is a $50 fee to repost the online gallery. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

**In case of inclement weather, the backup date selected is October 13, 2007.

I have opened up my calendar for October and I have included some additional dates to accomodate those clients who are looking for fall color portraits. The leaves are starting to change colors ever so slightly and the fall colors should be in full swing in just a couple short weeks, probably around the first weekend of October, and will last three to four weeks if we're lucky. October is the ideal month for fall color portraits and there are still sessions available!! October dates will fill quickly so if you want fall colors, call 208.724.1303 right away!!!

I just feel like making a random blog post tonight about a whole lot of nothing, lol!

I started a challenge at the gym I work out at, Fit for Adventure, on Amity and Cloverdale. It's 8 weeks long and we (me and 2 of my girlfriends) workout with a trainer 5 days a week! We are on week 4 (I think) and it has been so much fun. Totally hard and I'm wiped out by the time our session is over, but lots of fun! It's such a small world too. My trainer now is actually the same trainer I had 9 years ago when I decided to take some kickboxing classes. He and his now-ex wife really made an impact in my life. After meeting them and working out at their gym for a year or so I became a certified Spinning instructor and then went on to obtain my Pilates certifications in Matwork, Standing Pilates and equipment work. It's funny the way the world takes you. I haven't taught a Pilates class for about 6 months now because I've been busy, busy. I miss it and need to get better about doing Pilates on my own.

I got a couple of new lenses a few weeks ago and finally dug one of them out today for a little practice and play. For those photog blog readers it's the Canon 135mm f/2L .... it's got some yummy bokeh! For those non-photogs it's a long lens that make the background nice and blurry, lol! I love this photo of my daughter, even with her red Jell-o stained face. I figured I had better post a photo of my daughter because every time anyone walks into my office and sees my canvas display wall they ask if it's my daughter. Nope, it's a client's daughter. My daughter has bright blue eyes and RED RED hair! Boy, does she have that red headed temper some days too, lol! Anyways, here she is ... isn't she beautiful! I really like this same photo in black and white but I had to show off her red hair. :)

Well, I think that's enough nonsense tonight. I'll have some more stuff to see and read tomorrow!!

Oh my, it seems like Septemeber only just began and already it's flying by! Fall is going to be here before we know it! This cooler weather is sure a nice break from the hot we've endured all summer long. Just a small update on September availablity. I have 3 session dates available in September and they are:

Sunday, 9/23 - Late Afternoon/Sunset Session
Friday, 9/28 - Late Afternoon/Sunset Session
Sunday, 9/30 - Late Afternoon/Sunset Session

Keep in mind that if you want fall colors they are coming very soon. Just to give you an idea ... last year September 30th was a beautiful day for fall colors. Here is an example taken 9/30/06

Just how cute is this little baby!?!! Mom, Dad and this darling baby came to Idaho to visit the grandparents and have portraits done. She is the first child and first grandchild for this family ... and she is certainly not lacking in the clothing department, lol! Enjoy your sneak peek!

I had the pleasure of photographing my cousin's family tonight! It was loads of fun! The kids were great, very busy and full of ideas of how they wanted their portraits taken, but great! Here is just a quick sneak peek of a couple of the family portraits and one of the happy couple. I will post a sneak peek of each of the kids after I've had time to look at all the photos. Enjoy!!!

Ok, so I'm a couple of days behind on the sneak peeks. My sister is in town visiting and we've had to spend some time shopping ... what can I say?! LOL!

Here's the first of a few sneak peeks that I have to post. This is the second time I've photographed this little darling. I did her portraits as a newborn. It's so neat to be able to see the newborns I photograph grow up.
